Service Package
Design and Architectural Consultation covers the following:
- One (1) hour home visit by designer and architect for project review.
- General interior design consultation with client.
- Plan evaluation prior to appointment (if available- structural, as-built, and proposed plans).
- On-site evaluation, code analysis (ICC Certified), and engineering analysis.
- Meeting recap notes.
Terms & Conditions
- Three (4) hours and thirty (30) minutes allocated for this service as part of "Complete Feasibility Package"
- Travel is included up to 1 hour.
- Room Service accepts checks, bank transfers, and all major credit cards.
- Operational costs such as printing, permit fees, and purchasing of supplies may be billed as a reimbursable expense.
- Any changes in fees or payment terms will be notified in writing.
Ownership of Documents
Documents prepared by Room Service are instruments of service for use solely for completion of this project. Clients will be given paper and digital copies of all designs during the process. However, Room Service shall retain all common law, statutory and other reserved rights including copyright. The Client shall not reuse or permit the reuse of the documents other than original purpose of use.
Disclosure
Room Service and Client may terminate this contract at any time in writing. Room Service is a consultancy design firm that provides services described in good faith but are not responsible for the performance of work by others. Any design proposed by Room Service is conceptual only. Therefore, the homeowner assumes full responsibility in executing and approving any design proposed by Room Service. Work outside the scope must be noted in writing.
